Will it work with my phone?

MagCharge charges Qi-enabled devices wirelessly, and attaches magnetically to compatible phones and cases. For best results the device should sit within 8mm of the charging coil — thick or metal-backed cases can interfere.

There's also a USB-C port, so you can charge by cable when you'd rather, or charge a device that doesn't support wireless.

Keep coins, keys, and cards away from the charging area during use.

What's in the box
  • MagCharge 5K wireless power bank
  • USB-C charging cable
  • User manual
How to recharge it

Refill through the USB-C port with the included cable. A full recharge takes about 3 to 4 hours.

Four LEDs show how much power is left:

  • 4 lit — 76 to 100%
  • 3 lit — 51 to 75%
  • 2 lit — 26 to 50%
  • 1 lit — 0 to 25%

If it sits unused, top it up at least once every 5 months. Keep it between 0°C and 35°C.
